How many would show up for the chilly morning? YHC was privileged to lead 16 PAX on a tour around the church, so it was a strong effort. Great job! Welcome Deuce and Benny. I threw out a small warning that gloves would be important, and was pleased to see that everyone got the message. Here’s what happened:
Usual parking lot Mosey and warmup with Weed Pickers, Squats, and SSH’s.
From there we headed towards the church with a short stop for 10 cadence merkins. On Monday I heard that not everyone had been around the church, so I was determined to introduce everyone to the “finer” parts. First stop was the short hill. Bear crawls down created quite a bit of grumbling, with Bernie Sanders back up. The partners worked through 500 LBC’s.
We Moseyed around to some “short” curbs for Ascending Curb Crawls. YHC wanted to go up to 13, but called an audible partway in (let’s do 10 instead). Only problem was, not everyone heard. Extra credit to Scrooge and Popper for doing more, either that or the rest of us better finish up today! Moseyed back to the flag with a partner stop for Merkins and run up the stairs. The whole PAX put forth an outstanding effort, thank you for following your Bear Crawlin’ Q.
Praise for progress on the conference and an answered prayer to a former PAX request. Keep praying for both interviews pending results. 9 PAX were able to stay for Coffeteria and Jester discussion. Let’s think about what that means for us and identify men who can help us fight!
