A brief warm spell made the beatdown conditions perfect on a fine Saturday morning. 8 Pax showed up looking forward to a Foghorn-led beatdown. Unfortunately, a middle of the night 2.0 emergency meant YHC and Flo had to improvise. Foghorn, we hope everyone is getting better, and we missed you. But take care of the family first. Here is what happened.
- Cotton Pickers
- Mountain Climbers
- Imperial Walkers
Mosey to the Field of Dreams. Start at first base foul line for BLIMPS. Sprint to 3rd base line. BLIMPS and sprint back. FOD was very wet so we moseyed up to the parking lot for some block work. Dora 1, 2, 3 with 100 curls, 200 shoulder presses, 300 LBC with block. Partner always running with a block too. Once the 6 was in, 10 blockees OYO. We then moseyed to the pullup bar and lined up in plank. Going from left to right, one pax would go do 5 pullups (give or take) while the other pax did slow merkins. Everyone stays in plank until all pax do their pullups. Flo took over and we moseyed to the Grits Pavilion for some dips, step ups, incline merkins, and derkins. We then did an indian run until it was time for Mary. Flutter kicks, LBC, Dollies, Rosalita, and call it a day. COT and BOM. Prayers for Foghorn and family.
- Strong first post for FNG Cookie. Welcome to the Rubicon.
- Ron Swanson starting strong with 4 straight posts. That will end Tuesday, but great work.
- Better bring your running shoes and eat some extra carrots because we’re all gonna be chasing the rabbit Mufasa on Tuesday.
- Looks like some concrete plans coming into place for some new AOs. Meeting this week with Perimeter Church to see if we can use their campus for a Johns Creek AO. Mumblechatter about Fowler Park in Cumming as well. Time to grow!
