8 PAX met for a foggy morning #DRP dose at the Hooch this a.m. Nice showing considering a couple of regulars were doing their own thing or stealing dogs in the middle of the night. Whatever.
For those that were there you know what went down so for those that should have been there, here’s what went down…
Big warm up mosey around the back of the Twisted Taco building, through the cut through, and a circle up for some COP under the rotunda: Merkins, Mountain Climbers, SSHs… all IC
Mosey over to the paved path beside the soccer field for some broad jump burpee fun. It was sort of like an indian run, but not really. The “running” PAX was broad jump burpeeing to the front while the tribe was high kneeing. Everyone got a turn and we moved about 20 yards. Recover.
Mosey over to the bottom of Chapel Hill for some BLIMP action.
- Starting at the bottom we did 5 burpees
- Top- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges
- Bottom- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers
- Top- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins
- Bottom- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks
- Top- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats…El Matador runs back to the bottom for the fun of it. He comes back and we finish with an air chair and 25 overhead claps (straight count)
Long mosey over to the wall where we show off our Star Jump skills. El Matador gets nervous about us watching, sneakers audibles to something that looked like a SSH, mumble chatter starts about a late backblast, and something about hair gel. Recover.
Lt. Dan to the flag and finish with some PAX led MOM. Amazing that squirrel never disappoints on the gas pumpers. Poor Sunshine had is mouth open for crying out loud.
Name-o-rama: Let’s not mention that I forgot this part! Rookie mistake.
