WARMUP
Mosey over to the side parking lot – line up along the curb like men (no circles today). Side straddle hop, windmill, Mike Tysons. Mosey to the base of Brokeback Mountain.
THE THANG
-Partner up for 3 runs up the mountain each. Partner does squats, lunges, plank jacks
-6 inches & ab exercises waiting on six
-Mosey toward the FOD, quick pit stop for Balls to the Wall
-And on we went to the chilly turf of the FOD
-Mucho Chesto Cycle. 10 Merkins at home, bear crawl to 1st base, 10 wide, crab walk to 2nd, 10 diamond, reverse crab to 3rd, 10 stagger, cheetah crawl home, 10 opposite stagger. 10 count….then rinse & repeat.
-YHC had a Harry Dunn moment crawling around the ice cold turf, even with a pair of gloves on. Maybe YHC should have borrowed Transformer’s garden gloves (“the whole time, Lloyd?!”)
-Running out of time, quickly take it back to the flag for 2 MOM.

9 PAX out on a beautiful morning to start December off right. YHC is proud of our new crop of consistent HIM, including Moonshine, So So Def & Miller Time. Co-Q also out in full force today, you know who you are 🙂 And as always, appreciate Nacho, Mufasa & Blue Steel leading the PAX. Welcome back Transformer, visiting from Charlotte again (and thank you for the tip on our “Respect” timing, sounds like F3 Alpha PAX have some adjustments to make).
