Dora + (runner does exercise at top of the hill)
- 50 Makhtar N’Diayes – (runner does 5 pull-ups)
- 100 Squats – (runner does 10 Squarkins)
- 200 Dying Cockroaches – (runner does 20 dips)
…a rapid 10 count (perhaps this is where “Angry” Dab came from?)

- 50 modified pullups
- 100 Star Jumps
- 200 Plank Jacks
