17 showed up for a tour of Alpharetta. The Pax got off to a quick start and headed over to the parking deck. On the way to the parking deck I realized that there had been some confusion on how to spell Cookie’s name. I’ve seen it as Kookie, Cooky, Kooky, and finally Cookie. So I did what anyone else would do and asked him how he preferred his name to be spelled. He explained to me that in the Kindergarten his first kiss was shared with a girl named Kookie and even 28 years later that spelling still hurts when he sees it. So if we could all spell Cookie as Cookie we might be able to spare some heartache. On to the workout.

14 Side Straddle Hops, Hill Billies, and Squats @ the Children of the Corn.
The Thang
We moseyed over to the Alpharetta Parking Deck for a partner workout. Start at the bottom, one partner runs up the stairs and the other runs up the parking deck. As soon as each partner gets to the top start 75 Burpees. When the partners are finished both run down the stairs.
Round 2 – Other partners runs up the stairs the other up the deck. 150 lunges at the top run back down the stairs.
Round 3 – Same as before, 300 merkins between the partners.
As time started to get away from us we mosey back to the flag. We stopped a few times for some moving Mary to wait on the six.
The Pax killed it today! It makes it worth getting up and Q’ing when the group sells out and everyone pushes themselves! Love this Group of MEN!
