It’s been awhile for the Pax to visit “the hill”….but as the saying goes “absence makes the heart fonder”. We tried to go to the hill but turned out it’s still too dark without headlamps. There’s always next time. Anywho…here’s what went down.
The Thang:
Mosey around parking lot. In cadence SSH, Cotton Pickers
Mosey to the Hill—Audible—Mosey to track – Dora 1,2,3 – on Pax runs up the hill while partner does x – Merkins, Big Boy Sittups, and Squats.
11’s – 1x Burpees 10x Star Jumps….ended after ~4 reps (ran out of time)

COT: Prayers for The Dabs brother dealing with depression after heart attack, prayers for safe run at Tough Mudder.
Moleskin – lots of chatter about El Matador’s Worst Merkin Monday…Flo’s tank top garnered several choice comments and some fun references to Crack and his grab.
