It’s my birthday and the question was – will the thunderstorms wreak havoc on today’s Q. I got there early to scope out how soggy RAP was and confirm available shelter…

Found some shelter by the gym. The first part of the beat down. 20 seconds for each exercise, 10 seconds to “chop it up.” Nine exercises, then run to the stop sign and back. We did 2 rounds:
Single-leg burpees – left
Single-leg burpees – right
Side lunge pops – left
Side lunge pops – right
Run to the gazebo at the playground
Same concept, different exercises. Only 1 set.
High-bench Mountain Climbers
Stayed at the playground where we did “the Foley.” Each PAX member calls out an exercise, climbs up the play structure and slides down the slide. After finishing as a group, we ran backwards to the flag. We finished with a “morning call”, with 5 pull-ups to the groups 5 merkins. A big variety today and full-body workout.
Foley’s M is progressing along well with their new addition. Great news!
