Preamble:

On a colder than expected Groundhog Day, 8 hearty souls gathered in the gloom of the Shadow for another Seles beatdown with the movie Groundhog Day as the theme (i.e. repetitious, very repetitious).  Two exercises and two sets was the overarching theme with a few twists thrown in on our favorite hills.

Warm-O-Rama:

20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Prisoner Squats i.c. Rinse & Repeat

10 Floyd Mayweathers, 10 Merkins i.c. Rinse & Repeat

The Thang:

Mosey to top of Nature Center Hill

20 Side Straddle Hops, 20 Sumo Squats i.c. Rinse & Repeat

10 Kitty Kats, 10 Stone Mountains i.c. Rinse & Repeat (YHC had to cut off the Stone Mountains at 5; if you can’t do it, don’t Q it)

Mosey to Stumps at Nature Center

15 step-ups, 15 Dips i.c. Rinse & Repeat

Mosey to base of Nature Center Hill for Mary

20 Box-cutters, 20 Dying Cockroaches i.c. Rinse & Repeat

Mosey to pavement transition then climb the Hill using 20 Lunge Walks and 10 Broad Jumps alternating until reaching the top.

Mosey to Fire Station for Mary

20 LBCs, 20 Heels-to-Heaven i.c. Rinse & Repeat

Mosey to Tennis Center Hill

Climb Hill alternating 20 Bear Crawls and 20 Crab Walks

Mosey back to Fire Station for Mary

20 Low Dolly, 20 High Dolly i.c.  Rinse & Repeat

Mosey to Middle of Nature Center Hill (not base due to time) and repeat climb using 10 lunge walks and 5 broad jumps

Mosey back to Start

10 Floyd Mayweathers, 10 hand release merkins i.c. Rinse & Repeat

10 Imperial Walkers, 10 Prisoner Squats

COT:

Manhole took us out with prayers for the Rams to beat the Patriots.  All Q slots for next week are filled!
